'Kozhukatta Recipe:- Ingredients to make dough:- 1. Rice flour - 1/2 kg (4 glass) 2. Boiled water - 6 glass (or as per requirement) 3. Salt as required. Preparation:- Knead the Rice flour using boiled water and make a dough and shape it to small balls. Ingredients to make coconut filling:- 1. Coconut - 1 2. Jaggery - 250 gm. 3. Water - 1/2 glass 4. Elaichi - 6 nos Preparation:- 1. Melt the jaggery using 1/2 glass of water and strain it. 2. Heat a kadai and boil the melted jaggery till it gets thicken. 3. Now add the grated coconut and mix till the water contents get dried. 4. Now add elaichi and mix well and switch off the flame. Preparation of Kozhukatta:- 1. Fill the coconut filling into the ball shaped dough and steam it for 10 minutes. Now our delicious Kozhukatta is ready to serve. It\'s Yummy! Try it. Please watch our videos.
